MDL16 Personal and Shareable File Repository

This bloc gives access to a micro-application allowing managing a personal file storage space for each user (this space is independant from the "course files" repository managed and.or partially published by editing teachers through publishing dirs or links. The personal file space is shareable between users at distinct levels of management. This module was first developped for Moodle by Michael Avelar. This project pretend providing a full-implementation final release compatible with 1.8 and over
